NBAA has a rich history in providing leadership and advo-cacy to the business aviation industry, but few advocacy ef-forts in the Association’s history have been more important and more far-reaching than the No Plane No Gain (NPNG) effort launched in February of 2009.
Policymakers not only paid attention to the power of this unprecedented effort, but got involved. Both the U.S. House and Senate launched general aviation caucuses, and leading members on both sides of Capitol Hill publicly spoke on the floor, in hearings and in-district about the benefits of busi-ness aviation.
