COMMUNICATION / ACKNOWLEDGEMENT / DISCLOSURE
This policy will be communicated and the Blue Book will be distributed to all Gulfstream employees. New employees will sign the Business Conduct Policy Declaration Form GA 2069 as a part of employee
orientation. Human Resources will communicate any disclosed items to the employee’s supervisor, who then has the responsibility to review the disclosure and determine if there is a conflict of interest or if a corrective action needs to be taken. Documentation of the review and determination must be included in the employee file. The Gulfstream Legal department and/or Ethics Officer may be contacted for assistance. Failure to comply with the foregoing policy may result in corrective/disciplinary action up to and including termination, depending on management discretion.
