1. GALLEY SERVICE DOOR
The galley service dooris usedfor servicingthegalley, andcan also be usedfor emergency evacuation ofthe cabin area. Itis located on the rightforwardfuselage,adjacenttothe galley. The outerstructure ofthedoorhas awindowandouterhandle. The doorinitially moves upwardto clear stops onthefuselage structure,then swingsoutwardandfully forwardto thelockopenposition,parallelto thefuselage.
The inner doorhandle rotates counterclockwise to unlatchand clockwise to latch. Theouter doorhandle rotates clockwise to unlatchand counter-clockwise to latch.

A. Opening the Galley Service Door from Inside
To openthegalley service doorfrom inside:
(1)
Rotatetheinnerhandle clockwise to theOPENposition. W The doormoves up,to clear thedoor stopfittings(guidedbydoorrollers) W The two downlock rollers disengagefrom thedoorframe roller guide fittings.
(2)
Pushthedooroutwardandforwarduntilitlocks in openposition.
B. Closing and Latching the Galley Service Door from Inside
To close andlatchthegalley service doorfrom inside:
(1)
Pullthedoorlatch,to release thedoorfromthelockedopenposition.
W The doormoves aft,in frontofthedooropening.
(2)
Pullthedoorin toengagethe rollers in thedoortrackfittings, then rotatethe inner handle counter-
clockwise to theCLOSEDposition.
