Effectivity:
W Aircraft 7390, 7396, 7409, 7412, 7416, 7423, 7432, 7444, 7452, 7455, 7457 and subsequent.
To close andlatchthedoorfrom inside:
(1)
Press andholdtheDOORASSIST switchlight ontheforwardattendant’s panel.
(2)
Theelectrical motorpulls thedoorupand stopsautomatically whenthedoor reachesthe nearverticalposition.
NOTE
Aninterlockonthecammechanismunderthelowerstep prevents the inner handle from moving to the close position, until the door is fully pulled into the fuselage structure.
(3)
Graspthehandle in the second step riser andpullthedoorfully closed.
W The fwdandaftpull-in/push-outlevers engagein respective cams tohold the doorin this position.
