A. Opening the Overwing Emergency Exits from Inside
To openthe overwing emergency exitsfrom inside:
(1)
Grabthehatchinnerhandle andpullinwardanddown.
W The latchpins retractandthehatchopensinward.
(2)
Grabthelower handle andmove thehatchto asuitable location.
B. Closing the Overwing Emergency Exits from Inside
To close andlatchthe overwing emergency exitsfrom inside:
(1)
Manuallyliftthe overwing emergency exithatchin frontofits opening,and setit onits hinge supports.
(2)
Pushtheupperpart ofthehatchfullyoutwardto squeeze the seal.
W The doormechanismlatchesautomatically.
(3)
Pushthehatchinner handle fullyoutwardto confirm itis fullylatched.
C. Opening the Overwing Emergency Exits from Outside
To openthe overwing emergency exitsfrom outside:

Push-in theredouterhandle pushplate.

Move thehatchto asuitable location.
