During 2010, 201 NBAA Member companies earned Corporate Business Flying Safety Awards for having flown three or more consecutive accident-free years. Also, 28 companies received Commercial Business Flying Safety Awards for having flown three or more consecutive accident-free years in a nonsched-uled, revenue-producing capacity. A total of 462 aviators won Pilot Safety Awards in 2010 for having flown business aircraft in excess of 1,500 accident-free hours. Seventy companies that qualified for a Corporate or Commer-cial Safety Award in 2010 and perform their own maintenance earned Aviation Maintenance Department Safety Awards in 2010. A total of 324 maintenance technicians received Main-tenance/Avionics Technician Safety Awards in 2010 for having been employed three or more accident-free years in support of business flight operations. Some 419 support services person-nel qualified for Aviation Support Services Safety Awards by having been employed three or more accident-free years in support of business flight operations.
