B. Display Control
Two display controlpanels are installed in theflight compartment.One panelis installed onthepilot’s side panelandthe otherpanelis installed on the copilot’s side panel. Eachpanelprovidesthepilotand copilot control oftheirrespective PFDandMFD.
The control selections are as follows:
W MFDformat selection
W Bearingpointer selection
W Navigation source selection
W Cross side navigation dataand course display.
The rotaryFORMATknob can be usedto select oneofthefollowing navigation formats: W HSI compass W Navaid sector map W TCAS W FMSpresentposition map W FMSplan map W Weatherradar.
Ifonedisplay controlpanelfails, theotherpanel can be usedto control allfour electronic flightdisplays. This is doneby selectingtheDSPLCONTknob, onthe Source SelectorPanel, to the1 or2position as required.

Usedto select rangedisplayed onMFD. Range selections are: 5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, 320and 640NM.
